Airport Transfers

Pick up
For airport pick ups your driver will track the flight in realtime. Upon landing he will send the guest a welcome sms text and inform the guest where to meet. Your driver will always hold an ipad with the guest’s name and/or company logo.

Staying in touch with the guest is very important. In this way we can always locate the guest if he/she gets lost. (yes, people do often get lost! Schiphol airport is quite big) In this way we can minimise additional waiting time and/or parking costs as well.

The actual ride only starts if the guest has taken a seat comfortably and is enjoying some refreshing water and mints while the driver is handling the luggage.

Drop off
For airport drop off transfers, your driver will be at the pick up location 10 minutes  before the booked timeslot. It occasionally happens that guests are ready a little early, it more often happens that guests need a little more time. That is not a problem at all. 15 minutes of waiting time prior to a transfer is always included in the rate!

Regular parking vs VIP parking
Standard we do regular parking which is a 4/5min walk from the Meetingpoint.

VIP parking is right outside the arrivals terminal and is only a 30 meter walk! This option comes at extra charges and is available upon request.
